NEWCOMERS in Virtual Essen

After a long summer, during which the NEWCOMERS partners relaxed and gathered new motivation, it was time for another virtual reunion, this time in virtual Essen, led by our partners from the RWI – Leibniz Institute for Economic Research.

The meeting was a two-day affair, starting on Wednesday, September 29 and ending the next day, on September 30. It was a great opportunity to reflect on the progress made so far and revisit the plans and activities set for the final leg of the project. Each partner presented their current and future activities  and discussed possible new developments to improve the project. Partners joined forces in a fruitful discussion on several topics, including the upcoming national and international workshops, new communication and dissemination activities, and final deliverables. Future collaborations and networking with all the case study communities were also discussed.

NEWCOMERS consortium members are satisfied with the current results, achievements, and collaborations between partners While the project is slowly entering its final stages, the project partners are looking forward to all the future developments, which will show the value of all the hard work done in the past two years.
